Cecilia Zabala is a great singer-songwriter and guitarist from Argentina. She plays a 7-string guitar, and while I don’t know a lot about her style, it sounds to me a lot like the Argentine (Argentinian?) version of Bossa, with a lot of very sophisticated harmonies and complex accompaniment. Anyway, she’s coming to the US and if you get a chance to see her you should. Here are her dates:
