Nejc Kuhar is a frequent award-winner both as a composer and a guitarist, so we were very happy to have him come play one of his newer pieces for us – Corfu (in fact, this is the first video of the piece he’s recorded). Nejc plays a beautiful 2001 Eric Sahlin spruce-top. Look out for another video soon with another one of Nejc’s great compositions.

And if you’d like the music for Corfu just click here to buy it.

  1. Amongst quite a number of terrific recordings, Njec and his duo partner Mac Grjic also play an excellent transcription of Turina’s Sacro-Monte (on YouTube) together. Great and intense playing.

  2. Njec played and presented for us at Five Towns College in October. What a wonderful talent, and a terrific young man. The quality of his compositions are only exceeded by the excellence of his performance.
