I met Graciliano Perez in Cordoba last year and thought his guitars rocked, so I was excited to get my hands on the first guitar he made for GSI. Since I’ve been working on a few tracks for an upcoming CD I thought I’d have some fun and record this guitar to tracks I had recorded earlier in the day with drumming legend Joey Heredia. They’re my Sevillanas, which I’ve named ‘Marchena’. I think the guitar sounds great here (though I know some of you will hate that I have a drumkit instead of palmas or nothing, but so it goes…).
