If you read this blog at all you know I don’t use it to promote my own stuff, but next week I’ll be playing in a concert that’s part of a series worth knowing about – Guitar Nights at the Pasadena Conservatory. The third Tuesday of every month they present a free concert with guitarists in various styles and a chance to meet and hang with the players after. This coming Tuesday I’ll be playing with Gerardo Morales on cajón, along with guitarist Connie Sheu (check out her GSI videos here) with clarinetist Jim Sullivan and jazz guitarist Steve Cotter. Shows are at 7pm at the Pasadena Conservatory – 130 Hill Ave., Pasadena CA 91106. I’ll keep you all posted on lineups for upcoming shows, or check out the website here.
