Just in case any of us were worried about the future of flamenco (and someone always seems to be…) here are a couple of kids who seem to redefine the concept of a child prodigy. El Carpeta is from the Farruco family of dancers, and Amos Lora has been recognized and mentored by just about every big guitarist out there in Spain. If they were in their 20’s and performing at this level we would call them prodigious. The fact that they’re tweens is a little mind-boggling. Here they are performing together, and then Amos with his group.
