Hi everyone,

My name is Miguel. I am a classical guitar/music major at EMU in Ypsilanti, MI.
I am buying a Stefano Moccetti "73 Romanillos" guitar from GSI, hopefully I will get it by September---I still owe some money on it.
I am buying this guitar because I fell in love with the sound of Sergio & Eduardo Abreu who performed on a guitar with the same design.
Any testimonials on Stefano Moccetti's "73 Romanillos" or the actual 1973 Romanillos?

Thanks,
Miguel Ferreyra-Flores

P.S. You can see me (I am not the soccer player) butcher Marieta on youtube on a guitar I used to own!!

Welcome to the forum,

That is one serious guitar you are investing in! I don't have experience with Moccetti but he sure makes a gorgeous looking guitar. Maybe you will find someone who has played one but I think his guitars are still pretty rare here.

BTW, I checked out your vid and am looking forward to hearing more!

Condeclaro,

Thanks for the welcome. I have had two guitars a Giralda model 70 and a Lennie Chambers model. Here is a link to my school's YouTube where you can see me play Marieta by Tarrega on the Chambers guitar.

And this is my jazz band. I play rhythm on a classical and lead on a electric jazz guitar.
