On the left side it says "You were last online:
10/21/08, 12:12 am".

I presume this is for the main GSI site, but I've been there umpteen times since.

The logging for forum visits seems to accurate.

Gotcha, I'll look into it.

Maybe it's only catching actual log-ins, rather than sessions? Either way, I'll see what I can find out.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave I noticed a glitch that may be worth mentioning. As I opened the GSI website to log-in i found myself into a "Username" quasi-logged in memebership. It even had one in-box private message from one Edwin to Tim. However, it would not allow any privileges, such as posting. The Main Lobby showed that "Username" was logged in and active.

Unless "username" is the testing-vehicle for aspiring new members, this brings up a few obvious questions, such as the likelihood that someone may accidentally enter another memeber's account and view his/her private messages, or even post from there... buy things?

I am frequently in and out trying to find the right tempo to start posting again. But this is a bit scary.

funny..............there's someone at AG who posts under the name ..."username".............

Also there seems to be people with no posts going around PM'ing others............??

Spam has been experienced by at least 2 members i know of as a result.......

Maybe there should be a "2 post minimum" to be able to use the PM feature or something like that.....??

Should be fixed now. Let me know if not.

Thanks,
Dave

No it did not work, Dave. I just logged out and as soon as I returned I was on the "username" account.

This cannot just be my computer, i am sure other must experience the same upon logging out and in again.

Happy new year by the way.

You too, Giacomo.

Try again, if you would. Perhaps close your browser before returning.

Ok this time I tried and just came back as Michelob, welcomed back as such as usual.

I am still seeing that I was last online 10/21/08, and I know I visited the main GSI site yesterday.

Edit: I didn't want to log out of IE in case I couldn't remember my password. So I went to Firefox and logged in and now it's showing up in IE.
