I helped beta test this dealers site, they do have a free banner exchange for forum rooms with their banner going up in the forum room and the forum room banner going on their homepage with a link back, might increase membership and possibly ad dollars from dealers. Thought ya might be interested ,contact them at admin@theguitaragogo.com.Greg.

Huh? Are you actually suggesting that GSI do a banner exchange with this site?

First of all, it's incredibly cheezy looking with tacky animated gifs, and the admin/webmaster there apparently couldn't even be bothered to proofread for typos.

Secondly, I see no ads whatsoever on GSI. Why start now? It would cheapen the look & feel of this place.

Thirdly, everything there looks oriented to electrics. While some of the people here may play them, this site's focus is on classical/flamenco guitars. Not a good fit, IMO.

I think the whole concept is supposed to look retro and cheesy, what typo's did you notice? I admit it may not be for those that are anal retentive , but it is for dealers as well as builders of all types of guitars, just a suggestion not a mandate........

Greg, it's OK to introduce your business, but
now its done. Looking forward to hearing from
YOU in your posts, not more advertising.

hmmm...pardon me for interrupting...but unless I'm mistaken...it appears that this entire post that I've quoted above is, as you may say: "typo"...

The secondary subject within context referencing a website evolves into "those" but then predicates secondly again into "that" which clearly exemplifies a level of illiteracy that is not conducive to conversational mechanics....

If I may suggest perhaps: "....those *who..."
(* or better: "....whom....")

...tsk tsk tsk....

btw...I just happened to stop by to check out the new home page & saw the fantastic pictures of instruments with tag lines...

& that led me to the Guitar Salon series (sp?) but no time for further discourse....I just had too much fun with this one & I gotta get up @ 4am

nite'y nite, folks!

Actually no it is not my website. I thought this forum room was for suggestions? I merely suggested a free banner exchange with this site and The Guitar A Go Go web portal, after all it is free and as the posting above indicates it is getting traffic . As a new site it may even bring ad dollars here at some point as more dealers , techs and other music related sites join, after all it is the world wide web and free advertising certainly can not hurt.
