Does any body have any tips on Villa-Lobos etude no 1?

I have developed a useful i-m-a arpeggio exercise which improves finger/string awareness, string crossing and of course arpeggio speed. I would suggest practicing it with full & sequential planting but also without any planting at all.

Try this.....
6p4m5p3i4p2m3i1a2m1a3i2m4p3m5p4i
be careful with the rythm in the a,m,a notes.
I hope this work for you.
Check out this one:

:D Sorry, my fingering was so similar to the one by blues en skai that I just made a copy/paste and made the changes.

ramon fermin:
please explain better the exact pattern that pepe romero does when playing this study and if u can point me how and where did u find this out.
My problem is this : I do the regular pattern and have some problems
with the a- m -a pattern .I'm a player that listens a lot and I cant figure it
out why at high speeds my "interpretation " doesnt sound very well and exact.
I know I should practice slowly .....and so on....
but my problem that I cant hear it in my head very well,so now I think it's
a problem of accents(if I cant hear it exact ,I cant play it exact )
So could someone tell me within a bar of the study where to put the accents?
Cause I can feel it that it is a problem of accents.

My tip:
Don't rush, take your time, use the metronome, and the speed will follow

You dont understand me .Is the sound that I'm looking,so again
in a bar of the etude where do I place the accents?I think this is the important question.
Speed is not the issue.

You accent at every first note in at the kvintol,(first note in the group of fours) when you have practised it for a while you accent the first note of the first group of four, then the first note at the third group of four. making the arpeggio sound like a pendel. Use metronome on the accents.
