Do you have a sugestion of some exercices to strenght the rigth hand wrist and arm?

I would probably suggest getting your hands on some light weights - barbell or dumbell. (Barbell preferred) Sit down, and have your arms shoulder width apart, and slowly lift the weight up and down. This builds your wrist muscles, but don't hurt yourself. Ask the guys at the gym to help.
I would also suggest taking up a playing position with your guitar, and mute the strings with your left hand. Place your right hand in the correct position, then slightly move it over the strings more, and angle a fist towards the soundhole - but about 30 degrees from the soundboard. Slowly, and I mean SLOWLY, go through the routine of rasgeadeuos, releasing each finger at a time, starting with C (or T) and going down A-M-I, then up with I - like a tradtional rasgeadeuo but SLOW. Do this about 10 times, then run through again, with emphasis on different fingers. Have a break, then do it again.

find a doctor that can fix this problem at activerelease.com
type in your zip code, and make an appointment, look for someone certified in upper extremity. they will be able to help you resolve any wrist problems. If you live far away from a provider, dont discount the drive...trust me..its worth it
