I have a 2a I recently purchased. These guitars are excellently built with a lot of attention to detail and craftmanship. They sound great. I believe that all the models come with ebony fret boards (with re-inforced necks), handmade rosettes, fitted cases and a lacquer type finish which is absolutely beautiful. The 145 is the high end (and most popular) student model which looks and plays like my 2a. I highly recommend them!!!!

I have a Cashimira model 145 classical guitar . It is the sweetest sounding guitar I have ever played. And it is also beautiful to look at with the distinctive white stripes in the grain. I have to correct one thing that you said though Mark. It isn't a student guitar. It is a professional STUDIO guitar. I would buy another Cashimira guitar in an instant.
