I would add Ernesto Garcia de Leon. His 20 studies for the rehabilation of the right hand (written after he suffered a serious physical problem with his right hand) are simple to finger, yet contain marvelous musical ideas. Based on those studies, I'm very interested in pursuing some of his other works.
