Hi all.

Has anyone got one of these, or know anything about them? It is a samll humdifier, and it is supposed to live in the case. But it doesn't say anywhere on the net or the box :? WHEREABOUTS IN THE CASE :? Has anyone had any experience wit these in-case humidifiers? I am puzzled!

Thanks in advance.

Ed.

I use Credo in case humidifiers, and they are placed in the bottom of the case, under the headstock. The Credo has a self sticking magnet setup for attachment. I would assume that the Planet Waves can be velcroed in the same location. Just make sure that it isn't loose and that it is attached firmly to the fabric of the case.

I'd go for the guitar specific humidifier planet waves offer. This sits between the strings and ensures that the body of the guitar, the most sensitive to cracking, is properly humidified.

I've got the Planet Waves humidifier. It came with velcro sticky tabs. There is a small clear space in top of my Ramirez case. I don't know for sure but I think it might have been left there for just this purpose. Anyway, I initially had it there, but the sticky on the velcro became unsticky. So I decided to try putting it inside the compartment in my case. It seems to work just fine in there. I've checked the humidity in my case compared to the humidity in the living room and there is a significant difference.
