Thank you for your e-mail. The Labella Value 10 Pak (with 3 extra 4th strings) come packaged in re-sealable airtight plastic bags, so you shouldn't notice any deterioration over the course of several years.
I wouldn't buy any more than you can use in a year. I'll be offering 6 packs (6 sets) of Lisa very soon at $27 for 6 sets ($4.50 per set). That may help a little.

I am contemplating ordering the 12 sets of La Brella 2001 medium tension strings. My concern is that it may take me 3years plus to use up that number of strings. Would they have deteriorated much over that period of time?
Does anyone know the real answer?
