Just a point of interest: I believe this is one of the pieces Eastwood wrote. He's in fact a well-respected jazz composer and pianist, and wrote, among other modern "standards," the song "What Do I Care" that's featured in the movie "True Crimes." I'm not at all a jazz fan, but this latter is quite a beautiful song.

The tune you're asking about is actually pretty easy to write down by ear.
