i need recomendation on pieces

ive been playing on and off for 2 years but recently i decided to take the classical guitar seriously. My father (he played in his youth) tells me I have good technique and that I'm like on 3rd year level. The problem is that i want to find good pieces to work on my technical skills and interpretation skills but I dont want to tackle anything incredibly difficult right now, and i dont know which piece i should work on. (The hardest piece I can play is Choros No.1 by Villa-Lobos.) So can anyone reccomend some pieces taht might be at my level?

Carlos, if You can play the Choro I suggest You to give a try to the Preludes. Start with number 3 or 4, the easier ones.

Thanks for your suggestion, I have the music to the Preludes and I'll take a look at 3 or 4, but from hearing them I always thought the first one to be the easiest.
