Saw Adam Holzman in concert last night!

Hello Everyone,

I had the opportunity to see Adam Holzman last night at the Portland Guitar Festival. Great show, and the guy can really play.

His program was:

I'll second that!

I had the privilege of socializing with Adam on the "Classical Guitar Cruise" last December. He is not only a fantastic musician but a real fun guy to be around. Interacting with Adam and others of similar talents really made the cruise worthwhile. Checkout www.classicalguitarcruise.com
Cruise # 2 is in the planning stages and I would definitely spend the bucks to do that again.

If you get to see Adam say hi to him for me. I'm one of the guys who was in the ocean with him in Mexico when he almost drowned. David Tannenbaum, Muriel Andersen, and I were in the water when he pulled a leg muscle body surfing. (Damn that cruise was fun!)

Adam is such a great player and a true pro.

Not only is he one of the most talented guitarists I've ever met - but he's a blast to hang out with during our time on the Classical Guitar Cruise.

The next cruise is in the planning stages and it looks like it could be this October or November.

Who knows, maybe Adam will join us again.

I missed the whole Portland Guitar Festival because I had client obligations. I really wanted to see Anna Vidovic. Also I have been toying with the notion of entering the solo classical guitar competition next year. I just wonder how serious the judges will take someone named Hotntus!
