Before you deal with a company, you never really know what kind of relationship it will turn out to be. You always hope for honesty, integrity, good service and of course - superior products. If everything goes perfectly, you sometimes still never find out. It's when there is a problem with your purchase that you really find out what you are dealing with. This Christmas, my wife ordered a Ramirez guitar for me. As it turned out, when I opened the package on Christmas morning, there was a problem.
