I'm resolving to play more guitar and flute pieces with the flautists in the family. It's a really good kind of resolution, because it depends on someone else. Resolve means never having to say ."it's my fault."

Meanwhile I'm making a resolution on behalf of the nail on my a finger: "I resolve that I will grow straight and strong. No longer will I attempt to perfect my impersonation of an eagle's talon. I love the guitar and will do all I can to improve Matthew's tone and facility." Yeah, right.
