Flamenco music theory

I am looking for a good book that explains flamenco music thoery. Not an instructional one, but one that explains with detail the scales and different stuff. Does anyone know of a good one?

a book that explains theory but is not instructional??? you might have a tough one with this one. the juan martin and dennis koster series, both which i know of and can recommend provides both.
