I fell in love with this piece not long ago, I have the Guitar Pro file for this song, but it doesn't really show the right hand fingering. I can play but in my own way. I was just thinking if anyone is fmailiar with this piece and be willing to answer some questions I have about it/ Thanks

Email me at aussilk@bigpond.com with your questions and I will see if I can help with fingering. I have a number of transcriptions.

i think it would be great to do it your own way...........despite the fact that some people think Paco is an average flamenco guitarist! i think they really don't get it!!
i'm sure Paco would love to have you do it your way???????????/
There's nothing wrong with that.

There's nothing wrong with that.----that quote right there...tells me from the heart...that all the truly great artists, make their music "their way"(? ) and..."share it" with us all; and in so -I'm imagining a nine year old kid with a beat up guitar, pounding it out -his best that he can....giving "Paco" more joy than the great universities transcribing the work to "literature"(?)..& so all of "us" in between....just my take,Monro'...(am I close?)ps.... :?: average(?!)and WITHIN THE COMPAS :?: WTF?!--I'd have a thrashin' comin' if I ever said that!!!!(as if I know...I'm still waitin' for that "Compas..." cd!) GAWD! I hope "Drac" never hears anybody say that!!!--he'd FLY IN DAYLIGHT all the way from Vasliu--to bite some neck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The way i see it is that ......,Imitation is the greatist form of Flattery, but it is far from honestly expressing youself and playing your own deepest thoughts. Which is where the true art is to be found. Well, at least in my opinion........

Now as to the statement i made about Paco Pena being an average guitarist...........was something i read on this forum that someone else had wrote, but then edited it out ..........., because now i can't seem to find it??????? i geuss they didn't want to offend anyone who likes Paco Pena????

Anyway..........., i love Paco Pena and think he's a really nice guy too.......
Oh Ya........, Paco de Lucia is Drac's main man.........not Paco Pena........   8)

Look what I found 4 months after the fact:

It's about 1/2 down the page. It's a Tabledit file, so you'll need Tabledit to open it.

You're right Shroomy, it's great. I love that Rumba sound.

'sta luego

You are most welcome!

That file unfortunately does not contain the right hand symbols.
