I was wondering if anyone out there has ever played a Menkevich Classical. If so, what is your thought on them. Thanks.

Yes, I have tried a couple of Menkevich classicals. They're very good, but quite expensive. Are they worth it? Only you can decide...

Well, the thing is I have a chance to buy a used one for 1500 dollars and I think that is a good deal even if it isn't my "idea" guitar.

well...if it's not your "ideal" guitar...why buy it? Save your money to get the guitar that you really want :)

Having finally played and purchased my Menkevich guitar I can say without a doubt that she is an amazing beauty is sight and sound. Soundwise, to me, it resembles the sound of Julian Breams guitar. A stunner.
