I really cannot commit right now to a rigid schedule of classes. Does anyone know of a good video or DVD of classical lessons. I have many books but it would help me to see someone play in the proper position etc.
Thanks

Roberta - Scott Tennant's pumping nylon is excellent to view hand positions and proper posture. I can recommend that disc very highly.

I have the book and I love it. I wasn't aware that there was a DVD to go with it. I just ordered a copy!
Thanks again!

great video! My hands are killing me today..............The left hand walking is so deceptivly simple looking when Tennant does it................
Thanks again for a fantastic suggestion!

I learned my first steps with Frederick Noad. I watched him on TV every Saturday. I recorded all the episodes years ago. Couple of years ago, I got them brand new from a relative. Those are good.

I only saw those for sale on video and not on DVD. Do you have them on DVD?

Two other videos that are really good are William Kanengiser's (associate of Scott Tenant) Hot Licks videos: Effortless Classical Guitar and Classical Guitar Mastery. Definitely worth having in your library.
