I thought that since you live here in the Boston area you might be able to tell me about this:

Thursday evenings 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Eric Anthony performs classical guitar repertoire with emphasis on Spanish composers (Albeniz, Tarrega, Sor, Rodrigo, etc.) at the Tasca Spanish Tapas Restaurant, 1612 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.

Have you ever been to hear this guitar player? I thought I might go check him out one of these Thursday nights if it ever stops raining! But it would be good to know if it is worth going....[/i]

stop raining? hey this weekend j.c. monihan says it will be sunny--the first sunny weekend in 5 weekends--the last one i believe was april16/17.

i do not know eric anthony nor do i know of the quality of food/service there. he may be a member of the boston classical guitar society...

i would imagine the place is respectable but geared for the college folks given the location. you probably have nothing to lose in trying it as i doubt there is a serious cover charge. give it a whirl and post a review here.

he plays on thursdays!! i have an adventure for you. september 1 falls on a thursday this year and the location of this place is on comm ave. why not make an excursion on that date? all you will have to do is dodge 1 million u-haul trucks but it could be fun.
