open on time?

I have been trying to call ever since 8:30 and getting "our offices are now closed". You guys are otherwise so great, so why can't y'all open on time? I am sort of hanging in here unable to leave the house until I can get you on the phone about an issue with my ramirez and it's getting kind of frustrating. I spent years in retail merchandising, and, from my days as a lowly clerk to the exalted realm of management, I was ready to rock and roll at the time we were supposed to be open.

Isn't GSI in Caliafornia, and therefore 2 hours behind Alabama, Selma? That means it was 6:30 am for them! :D
