Hi!
Just caught my eyes on the aranjuez suite. The first movement contains a lot of rasgueados, so please folks, help me to play this. Just to play it fluently. That is my goal.

Thanks

Göran

How are we supposed to help you? We can't put your fingers on the strings and move them around.

Also, what kind of rasgueado are you talking about? There is a whole assortment of different rasgueado techniques out there.

Your best bet is to get a Flamenco DVD that covers the subject so that you can watch how they do it.

It is a techneique that really needs to be seen to be understood.

Here is a nice E-bay course. I thought it well worth the $10 for getting the basics:

Also, what kind of rasgueado are you talking about? There is a whole assortment of different rasgueado techniques out there....and even endless some say!...have you heard a particular rendition yet -regarding that suite?--to "pick-up" the sound and feel and particularly the complement of the technique(s)....as the tab or sheet must appear a little vague....Hasta!-Jubi
