Noad Ligatos

Has anyone studied Frederick M. Noad - Solo Guitar Playing 1?
If so could you please post an audio clip somewhere of the exercises on Ascending and Descending Ligados (exercises 99 and 100) Pages 88 and 89.

Tuner - Look on the F. Noad website, I think you will find audio tapes of the excercises on the book. These are audio tapes and not CDs. CDs would be much easier to use : Dale :P
