does anyone do this? Use packing tape to prevent nail wear when practicing a lot?
I've tried it from time to time with mixed results; mostly that I cant seem to keep the tape on. Supposedly some tape is better than others, i.e. some have super tacky adhesive and thus work better.
Of course the tone sucks but the point is you're saving your nails so it doesnt matter at the time.
Does anyone have any thing else they use on their nails to prevent excessive wear and those left-side-of-nail divots that can occur from much practice?
