Our website has been designed to work with all popular computer operating systems and web browsers, although we still recommend always using the latest versions available.

Logging In / Logging Out
You can log in to www.guitarsalon.com at the top of the left column, on any page. Once logged in, you can access your store account, change your personal information, review your current and past order, and participate in our online forum. You can log out at any time by clicking the Log Out button, also in the upper left of every page.

Where's My Order?
If you are logged in, you can check the status of your orders at any time by visiting the My Account page. For many orders that have already been mailed out, you will also find a tracking number which you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
