The tracks are mixed and the artwork is done and we’re very happy to announce that we’re taking pre-orders for In Dulci Jubilo, the CD of Christmas music that was the result of guitarist Eva Beneke falling in love with a 1952 Hauser I. With help from a great chamber ensemble and Maestro Scott Tennant Eva has recorded 14 tracks of Christmas on one of the best sounding guitars any of us has heard. I’ve written about the guitar and the sessions here and here. You can pre-order your copies of In Dulci Jubilo here, and in the meantime here is the video that started this whole project rolling – Eva playing the 1952 Hauser I for the first time.

Do you plan to publish sheet music of this music too?

  2. Eva Beneke says:

Hi Mike, that’s a great idea…the score to the song I am playing in the above video is available on my website for a donation (if you want to). But I might look into publishing the other arrangements, too!
thanks for the thought and enjoy the album –
