We have photos of the new guitar on its way to us from German luthier Otto Rauch – A guitar of his own design with a nicely bearclawed Italian spruce top, birdseye maple for back and sides, a beautifully veneered head with rosewood, elm and birdseye maple, Alessi tuners with snakewood buttons, snakewood and koa bindings and a french polish with no stain to maintain the original colors of the woods. The rosette features a bordeaux red mosaic and the bridge is rosewood with the same bordeaux mosaic and an abalone bone saddle. This is a stunning guitar, and should be here shortly.
