GSI Foundation and Lead Guitar donate 10 additional Córdoba C3M guitars.

In order to make the first two editions of the Lead Guitar Virtual Showcase possible, the GSI Foundation has donated over 50 Córdoba C3M guitars to students in the Chicago area who were left at home without an instrument on which to practice. This donation has allowed many children not only to practice, but also to have an opportunity to perform with the world’s best guitarists such as: Zach Filkins from OneRepublic, Sergio Vallin from Mana, Sergio Assad and Alex de Grassi.

Both editions of the Lead Guitar Virtual Showcase turned out to be very successful. We’ve received really great feedback from our audience and will continue organizing these events in the Fall of 2020.

We were informed recently that there are still some Lead Guitar students without instruments in Arizona. Therefore, the GSI Foundation and Lead Guitar together donated 10 additional Córdoba C3M guitars. The guitars are ready to be shipped and will soon be sent to Andrew Smith, a Lead Guitar teacher from Arizona, who is going to deliver these instruments personally to his students.
