Description

Juan Fernandez is a builder based in the great Spanish guitar making city of Granada, having learned guitar making from Rafael Moreno Rodriguez, Juan Miguel Carmona and Jesús López Martín. The guitars of the legendary Miguel Rodriguez workshop of Cordoba are a major influence on Juan Fernandez' style, and one can detect this in the sound and playability of the instrument. This classical guitar is very easy to play, thanks in part to great action and a comfortable neck. The sound is very open, the attack is brilliant and crisp, basses are full and trebles are biting. The guitar boasts big volume, and along with a beautiful tone full of character, make this guitar easily suitable for concert performances. This is a fantastic value for a concert classical deeply rooted in the Andalusian school of guitar building.
