This is an excellent "Estudio" model from this famous Madrid workshop. This instrument was built to Bernabe's specs by Taurus in Barcelona who supplied many other leading Spanish guitar shops at this time. They were high-quality student guitars priced affordably for customers who could not afford (or wished not to wait) for a more expensive concert model built by Paulino himself. This guitar plays wonderfully and has a rich sound after many decades of use. Condition is also excellent with no cracks or repairs - only a tap plate added to the top to protect the finish. Overall a great value for an older Spanish instrument sold out of one of Madrid's most famous workshops.
