Description

This student flamenco was purchased from the Manuel Contreras workshop in 1985 by Pepe Romero during a family summer trip to Madrid. Pepe bought it for his daughter Tina who was showing interest in playing guitar at the time, and it eventually went to her son, Bernardo Romero who learned to play on it. Bernardo of course has now gone on to become an excellent builder, making guitars alongside his uncle Pepe Romero Jr. in San Diego. The guitar is in excellent condition with no cracks or repairs, and is incredibly easy to play with a slightly smaller scale size and low action. A letter from Pepe Romero stating provenance is included with the guitar.
