This is a 1974 Hernandis Classical Guitar from Sherry-Brener Ltd. This model, the "Grand Concert" was the best, most expensive Hernandis model of the time. It's sturdy build, full-sized dimensions and warm sound reflect the very strong contemporary influence of Jose Ramirez Guitars. This instrument is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs, only some mild and respectable wear in the finish.
