The Broadcast of the GFA International Concert Artist Competition Is Taking Place This Saturday!

This year the finals for the GFA International Artist Competition (ICAC) took place in-person in Los Angeles and Brussels. Four performers made it to the final round of the ICAC competition – Bokyung Byun (Korea), Xu Kun ‘Alan’ Liu (Canada), Lovro Peretić (Croatia), and Marko Topchii, (Ukraine). The broadcast of the final round is going to take this Saturday, October 30th at 10 AM PST via GFAtv (Available on Guitar Foundation of America’s YouTube channel). You’ll have a chance to see behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with competitors, finalist performances and the announcement if results. This virtual event will be hosted by Martha Masters, the President of the Guitar Foundation of America and the Artistic Director of the ICAC, and Antigoni Goni, a Greek guitarist and past winner.
