Jose Vigil - One of Granada's Finest Luthiers Makes a Guitar for GSI

Another masterpiece is coming soon to GSI straight from the skilled hands of Granada's renowned luthier, Jose Vigil! Known for his methodical precision, Jose's attention to detail is remarkable even at a glance. The materials used are stunning. Jose chose a lovely set of cedar for the soundboard and a first-rate striking set of CSA rosewood for the back and sides.  But it's not just the materials that dazzle, Jose has exquisite taste for his decorative elements and inlay designs - the meticulously made rosette in particular has the "wave" pattern in the central mosaic that was also favored by the Manuel Ramirez workers, in particular Santos Hernandez.
