Granada-based luthier, Oscar Muñoz, shares sneak peek photos of his new guitar!

We've received sneak peek photos from luthier Oscar Muñoz! Oscar is a Granada-based maker who in 2017 won the second prize at the prestigious Antonio Marin Montero Guitar Making Competition organized by the European Guitar Foundation.

The guitar looks very exciting! Oscar chose a beautiful set of spruce for the soundboard and a dramatic-looking set of ebony for the back and sides. The striking blue and white, star-shaped motifs in the rosette are inspired by Granada's remarkable architecture, where similar motifs are present in the myriad of tile designs.
