GSI Sponsors the 2021 International Fringe Virtual Competition for Classical Guitar!

GSI became the official sponsor of the 2021 International Fringe Virtual Competition for guitar organized by the International Fringe Association (IFA). This event consists of competitions dedicated to many different instruments, including classical guitar. This year, Facebook and YouTube will be the main platforms for the competition. There will be five age categories:

1. Youth I (born after 12/19/2010)
2. Youth II (born after 12/19/2006)
3. Youth III (born after 12/19/2001)
4. Open (all ages)
5. Adult (born BEFORE 12/19/1981)

The deadline to submit applications and videos is December 19th, 2021. IFA will broadcast the competition videos online for all participants, parents, teachers, and judges. The guest artists attending the International Fringe Virtual Competition include Sungmin Shin, Lynn McGrath, Thomas Viloteau, Manbun Au, Bastian Hildner, Denis Bizhga, Mak Grgic, and Patrick Lui.
