The 2020-2021 School Year is About to Start! Donate a Guitar or Funds to Help Us in Our Mission.

The 2020-2021 school year is just around the corner. Everyone is getting ready to go back to school in a virtual form due to the complications connected with the COVID-19 pandemic. This has been a very challenging time for everyone, and at the GSI Foundation, we want to make sure that we do all we can to keep the music alive despite the obstacles.

Our mission is to provide music education in public schools which need help to fund their music programs. This help is especially needed nowadays for this upcoming academic year since as we all know, art programs tend to be the first ones to suffer from budget cuts. We believe that every child deserves to experience playing music growing up, despite the circumstances. Our programs have adapted quickly and operate fully online, but they rely on funding from the GSI Foundation. Any donation will be greatly appreciated. Help us to keep music alive. Here is how:

We raise funds by selling guitars that are donated to the GSI Foundation. If you wish to donate a guitar, please contact us! We’ll assist you with shipping. The guitar will be sold through GSI and all proceeds will go directly to our foundation. Of course, you’ll also get a tax-deductible donation letter.

Would you like to contribute but don’t have a guitar you wish to donate at the moment? We also accept online donations through PayPal or simple traditional checks. Every amount matters. Don’t forget to check our website regularly for updates from the music programs supported by the GSI Foundation.
