Wesley Park records solo and in a duet with soprano Sakeenah Godfrey

Classical guitarist, Wesley Park, recently visited our showroom once again to record a series of captivating videos. Wesley is a guitarist and educator based in Los Angeles. He is a former student of the renowned American classical guitar virtuoso, Christopher Parkening, who said “Wesley makes beautiful music on the guitar, using tonal colors and contrasts, and utilizes the entire range of the guitar to bring out the intrinsic beauty of the instrument.” 

During his recent visit, Wesley recorded a series of videos at GSI, showcasing both his solo artistry and collaborative work. He recorded three solo videos and three duets with soprano Sakeenah Godfrey.

Wesley currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Music at Pepperdine University. He completed his Master's degree at the University of Southern California under the guidance of Scott Tennant and earned his Bachelor's degree at Pepperdine University under the mentorship of Christopher Parkening.
