Scott Morris - On Preparation

We have a new lesson from Scott Morris where he gets into the preparation necessary before practicing a new piece – i.e. all of the choices that must be made in order to really prepare the piece. Scott uses Satie’s Nocturne No. 1 from his CD/book Phonology: The Music of Erik Satie, and we’ve included the score here for you to follow along with Scott (you can download the pdf by clicking here).
