This flamenco negra is part of the "Flamenco Studio Professional" series of guitars made for the advanced student. It has all the necessary power, tonal palette and playability for immediate use in the recital hall or recording studio. This is a spruce negra, which in addition to the qualities of its blanca counterpart, will have extra power that most players find helpful in recital situations. Aesthetically, it differs from its FP 14 counterpart by having a 2 piece back, instead of 3. Like the FP 14 it has the old-school, Esteso-style head shape. Overall, a solid instrument at this price point.
