Description

Francisco Navarro Garcia is one of Mexico's finest luthiers. In 1989 he won first place in a National competition that is held annually in Paracho, Mexico, and his reputation has grown steadily since then.

This is Navarro's current "Smallman" model. In addition to his previous issue which featured the same internal structure (such as a criss-cross lattice bracing pattern) and aethetics (especially in the headstock shape and rosette pattern), this one has the simplified single layered back (as opposed to the heavier, three piece back) and carbon fiber braces. It even features the contoured rosewood armrest on the lower bout. For the player on a budget looking for that huge Smallman sound, with enormous sustain and balance, this is a fantastic option for a high-quality, handmade concert classical guitar.

A hardshell case is included with this guitar.
