Description

This is a the top-of-the-line concert classical model from Felipe Conde. The basic dimensions and proportions are derived from the soleras used by Esteso with subsequent innovations and changes introduced by Conde Hermanos in the seventies and eighties. The wood used throughout is naturally dried for at least thirty years and selected from his best stock. Workmanship is Felipe's usual very high standard - very clean and precise and with a refined aesthetic, not just in the beautiful rosette (same as found in his "Centenario" model) but also by the classic Esteso head shape. Sound is big, hearty and full, yet very balanced and clear at the same time. It has the power of the great Madrid classical guitars of the 60s and 70s (like Bernabe or Ramirez), and plays easily. Overall a beautifully refined and powerful Madrid guitar with a rich and full sound.
