2012 German Vazquez Rubio "Estudio" CD/PE

This is a beautiful instrument made by G.V. Rubio, here in California. A fine example of what a well-crafted advanced student level instrument should be, this guitar was constructed with high quality woods including a straight grained quarter-sawn cedar top and nicely matched Palo Escrito back and sides. The sound is balanced and open, with plenty of volume, attack, and character. The trebles have a strong, melodic voice and the basses are robust and warm. The condition is excellent, with no damage, repairs or significant wear of any kind. A stand-out guitar at this price point.
