Description

The tone is thick yet clear, and has that essential warm, mysterious and moody quality that made Ramirez famous. Playability is superb despite the longer scale and it has ample power for virtually any concert environment. The guitar does have some repair work to several cracks (including one noticeable splice in the back), which has been generously factored into the pricing. But it is currently in perfectly stable condition and is ready to be played for many years. Otherwise it is a striking and bold example of a top-sounding (and playing) Ramirez from their golden era. Stamped on the inside by "MC" (Manuel Caceres) - For a complete list of Ramirez luthiers from this era, click here.
