这是一把早期的马蒂亚斯·达曼（Mattias Dammann）吉他，制作于他采用双面板吉他之前。在这个阶段，达曼吉他的面板全部采用实木（不含诺梅克斯材料），云杉面板下方是纤薄轻巧的木质格状音梁。这种设计使得面板非常轻盈，满足了那些追求响应灵敏、音量饱满且易于演奏的乐手的需求。据罗素·克利夫兰（Russell Cleveland）所述，弗吉尼亚·卢克（Virginia Luque）曾多次用这把吉他进行音乐会演奏，并且这把吉他曾被展示给大卫·罗素（David Russell）和曼努埃尔·巴鲁埃科（Manuel Barrueco）（他们两人都是达曼吉他的演奏者），两人都对这把吉他赞不绝口。除了面板下部最外侧有一处小小的拼接（可能是原始结构）之外，这把吉他保存完好，几乎完美无瑕。
