Coming Soon: Eduardo Bossa with Comino Crespo back and sides!

A new guitar from Colombian luthier Eduardo Bossa is currently underway, and we're excited to share a preview.

This instrument pairs a spruce top with comino crespo for the back and sides, a striking, golden-hued wood native to Colombia and rarely seen in the guitar world. It's also prized for its tonal qualities, making it as functional as it is beautiful.

Bossa is building this one as his new 10th anniversary model. In terms of contruction it's quite different than his standard model - it has laminated double sides, different bracing and thicknessing, and a few extra small changes. Soundwise, Eduardo tries to achieve more piano-like sound in this model. Stay tuned for more updates and photos as the guitar nears completion.
